Homeless Joe

Hits: 167

From Callisto House’s HBBLDC (Homeless Better Business Leadership Development Course), here is an example Pillar Plans document for a homeless man, on SSI, who was accepted into the Callisto House HBBLDC program. He goes by the name of “Homeless Joe” Biden.

He’s having an SSA debit card with the latest stimulus check loaded and Callisto House’s new Debit Card from a new homeless micro-lending banking initiative. He uses the Debit Card to accept deposits, as he is able to save, so it represents his emergency funds account. As well, increases to the credit limit of his micro-lending line of credit extends his overdraft protection.

He found a place to stay at a local Callisto House boarding house. It costs $250 rent/mo, including utilities. The $30 utilities/mo goes to his pre-paid cell phone. The facility houses a Squad, 9 people. It is a converted 2 bedroom apartment, that has a kitchen, a small common area and 9 secured mini-bedrooms. Run by the senior three person team, vote and adopt house policies.

In addition to the Budget Card, Callisto House has released this 5 Year Pillar Plans document. More training & consulting materials to help educate the homeless on business projections and the various financial levers like Income, Debt & Spending, projected over a 5 year period.

This card represents all three common business statements, as well as a credit report and an asset/income listing:

  1. (front) 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙩 & 𝙇𝙤𝙨𝙨 <𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚> 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
  2. (front) 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙩
  3. (back) 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
  4. (back) 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩
  5. (back) 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙩/𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜

With this 5 Year Pillar Plans document, each month & then years can be projected…

The interesting thing about having two arbitrary columns: 1st & 2nd, is that they can be tasked for a variety of uses.

  • 1st: Budget field; 2nd: Actual field.
  • 1st: Actual; 2nd: Percent Changed over last month.
  • 1st: 1st half of the month; 2nd: 2nd half.

Budget of Fifths, by Tenths: You can see this section, in the middle below where the contact info is collected. We divide the income by fifths, or an easier way, into tenths. So take the monthly income of SSI and drop the last number. If the monthly income is $800/mo SSI deposit, then 1 tenth is $80.

We tackle budget expenses in priority order:
1. 1/5th 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐭𝐬 & 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
2. 2/5ths 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
3. 2/5ths 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

Budget of Fifths breakdown:

  • Calculate 1 tenth: ($80/mo)
  • 1 fifth, or 2 tenths is for Debts & Savings ($160/mo)
  • 2 fifths, or 4 tenths, is for Rent & Utilities ($320/mo)
  • 2 fifths, or 4 tenths, is for Monthly Spending ($320/mo).
    - Is 1 tenth/week in Weekly Spending ($80/week)

Amazingly, in a demonstration of remarkable self-control, Homeless Joe is saving a tiny little money each month, from his SSI check. He is managing to budget a deposit into his emergency fund at a rate of $60/month. He lives on $80/week. Once Debts are paid in October, an extra $80 goes into the Emergency Fund, each month.

Here are the notes taken by the 3 person Callisto House Business consulting trainees team, regarding their subject, Homeless Joe:

A homeless man, trying desperately to save a little money each month, off of an SSI deposit of $800/month. He is living on $80/week disposable. He has a reloadable debit card, from the SSA, with the latest stimulus check, and a credit line of $250, through a new microlending banking initiative for the poor, by Callisto House. Once Debts are paid in October, an extra $80 goes into the Emergency Fund, each month.

Callisto House Business Plan

Here is the Business Plan document, of Callisto House.

In the scope of research through my non-profits, Positive Vibrations Ministries and The Homeless Council, there is an identified coupling between the economic, social and political aspects of our communities' relationships and interactions. Understanding this pressure helps to resolve it. Politics is dependent upon the social context, who gives them their authority. The social context is built around the economic context. In order to positively affect the political, the social needs to change from a change in the economic context. The objective is to introduce a new market to kick off these transformations.

The introduction of an electronic component to phones, which measures and reports one’s esteem to currently co-located or previously encountered folks, allows each of us to send esteem tickets or treats t each other, even if this is with someone from an hour ago. Judicial proceedings would result in a judicial ticket. This esteem level, for the individual, is matched by organizational esteem, including racial categorization such that the Black, the Mexican and the American Native, for example, would receive organizational esteem, given past offenses to that community, and all members of that community would benefit. In this way, organizational esteem would measure the worth of businesses and schools. The activity of an esteem market would look much like an ant colony that emits pheromones to find food, though here we would be sending bullets of love, between and among us.

A predictive innovative investment market will be established at the macro level, so we have explained our intentions in the economic sphere, at the micro and macro levels. In the social context, at the micro level, veteran owned and operated shelters will be established, while the macro level will see an international non-profit association of Localities to influence this sphere. In the political realm, a city council of 9, one from each clan, will be pursued, while the macro level will see increasing court cases questioning constitutionality as well as efforts to pass several amendments.

The objective here is a supply of training materials & business tools for the homeless of Callisto House. This is part and parcel to the Homeless Better Business Leadership Development Course, Callisto House’s HBBLDC.

Get the homeless able to evaluate the financial health of a local business; then they will start to have the wherewithall to enter the field of business consulting.

To support a secure, spiritual, safety-net solution, a 2.5% poor tax is an ongoing income liability on individuals & businesses in the local parish community.

I converted my Seven Pillars of financial health into a composite table so you can track both time periods of your bimonthly budget and also take a snapshot of your Pillar values, demonstrating your financial health, at the end of the month. I have ordered a bunch of biz cards and note pads, so there is a physical record.

I have also grouped the categories together, and color coded, for better readability. We have several stitchings between the Profit & Loss and the Cash Flow: in the Profit&Loss we have separate fields for Debt payments and CC payments, which collapse into Debt&CC payments, on the Cash Flow; we will also have the 2 expense fields on the Profit&Loss: extras & disposable, and combine to one field, Disposable, in the Cash Flow.

Whereas, we will also have the reverse collapse, where the Emergency and Investments fields, of the Cash Flow, collapse into the savings&emerg field, of the Profit&Loss. All collapse into the Balance Sheet.

This card represents all three common business statements, as well as a credit report and an asset/income listing:

    1. (front) 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙩 & 𝙇𝙤𝙨𝙨 <𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚> 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
    2. (front) 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙩
    3. (back) 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
    4. (back) 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩
    5. (back) 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙩/𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜

With this budget biz card, each month can be recorded…

Parish Secured Social Safety Net Investment

As each County/Parish begins planning to invest in a local social safety net, the question looms How to Pay? It is the wise who have suggested looking to Scripture.l And wouldn’t you know it, Islam as defined in the Holy Quran, specifies a 2.5% donation to charity.

A Dependable Revenue Stream is better than any particular amount. As it starts to flow, Homeless Camps can be established. Use the Japanese shoe box sleeping quarters and stack them in securable sleeping lockers, so they can keep some stuff.

Local Taxation for Parish Secured Social Security Net

In respect to Islamic Law (fiqh), the PSSSN safety net is funded through a 2.5% tax on local sales, local income, local property & local wealth. Combined, this Pizza Tax will create above discussed Dependable Revenue Stream and quickly result in facilities to house and develop the homeless, of their own accord: #SuaSponte!

Camp kitchens and medical rooms and supply closets can be created within each camp, of say 54 former rough-necks, staffing the different camp jobs, themselves.

Build this stream of funds into homes for single women student mothers. And reduce Abortions as much as we can, as a supportive community for scared, to-young pregnant girls. Help them make a good choice.

And so this modest flow of funds will allow each county to provide best for all who pass through or stay awhile. It would fund development of the RabbitPhone.

Help All #Aliends! #Aliends = Alien Friends…Food, shelter, clothing, medical, education, child-care., sport.

Creation through science

Hits: 431

The Firmament is all the chemical bonds, creating molecules, exchanging Light & building worlds.

In thinking on the Faith model of Creation in comparison to the proven Scientific model of Evolution. Duh, God is the First Scientist, the Maestro Scientist, he set it all up and let science work for him, as a force multiplier. Of course Evolution is happening and of course God created Science and the Laws of the Universe, for us to discover. Consider Creationary Evolution.

According to Hinduism, of which the following Yogas are particularly relevant: Jnana (Knowledge), Karma (Work), Raja (Willpower) and Bhakti (Devotion) God (Brahman) sends forth 10 divine avatars. Both Buddha and Jesus are avatars. The first five avatars are animals, through fish, turtle, boar, lion-man, and finally to dwarf.

These are avatars to manifest God’s thumb and help evolution along. I mean of course, that’s how he gets past the numerical explosion of search spaces in Evolutionary Processes and introduces Mitochondria, for example. God sometimes puts his thumb on the scale, Thank God Again! (TGA!)

“a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day.”
So time is twisted up.

Alright, let us look closer at Genesis 1, always King James Bible. Please consider the manifestation of the physical universe in the following passages. How did God create the universe?

[1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.]
He creates the heaven (spiritual realms) and the earth (physical realms). Also may be viewed as mind and matter. Here is how he created the beginning…

[2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.]
There was not any solid things, so phase state of a solid wasn’t there. There was no light upon the face of the deep, just darkness. There were no exchanges of energy in the form of photons. The Spirit of God is conducting reactions in the fluid, the waters. The waters can also be viewed as quantum Schrödinger wave functions. Lots of cats! Both liquids and gases are considered fluids. Moving on the face of the waters is the chemical interactions of the elements of the fluid universe.

[3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.]
Introduction of photons to exchange energy.

[4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.]
The light is observed. The darkness (Quantum Foam) creates photons and this light is divided into photons of different wavelengths. The Light comes from the Darkness!

[5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.]
The sun is day and the area of void in night. First thing that happens exchanges of photons and that is the first cyclic motion of time. Also superimposed is the solar system is created, so there is overlap of concepts, at different scales.

[6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.]
Create solids. There are different scales of chemical reactions, thus more than one water. This gets separated. There are two scales of water: Quarks creating atoms, virtually. And atoms creating molecules. These are separate functions. The firmament are the chemical bondings.

[7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.]
God only needs to say “Be” and it is. Atoms separate from molecules. Atoms are below chemical reactions and Molecules are above chemical reactions. The waters above the firmament are all of the molecules and catalyst functions formed in chemical reactions. The Firmament.

[8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.]
Now matter may be created. This second day is the formation of chemicals according to time-oriented chemical processes, using the energetic firmament.

[9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.]
Out of the chemical reactions of a diverse fluid, solid matter was built. Starting with a fluid (water) solids are built. Gathered together in one place is gravity.

[10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.]
The Seas are those energetic chemical reactions within a molecular soup. Shit is happening!

[11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.]
And now organic chemistry has formed the first cells, of cellulite structure.

And so on it goes..so you see?

Other news, to continue to build a reasonable case for a science minded individual to have faith in God. I really like dimensional geometry and so in that sense, please consider the dimentionality of the objective, provable world. There are FOUR dimensions, also known as space-time.

Now step into the realm of consciousness. Is it emergent or a bestowing of God’s spirit, reflected and refracted through a glass darkly? As there is separate realm of subjectivity from objective reality, how do functions emerge? They are emergent in the subjective sense, self, soul, instinct, intellect, inspiration, identity. “Who am I?”

Please consider with all observational humility and judgement, the dimensionality of the personal subjective space. I believe I can make to you a convincing argument that we exist within a space of much higher consciousness dimensionality than objective physical reality.

If the subjective dimensionality is higher, than it stands on top of objective reality space-time: above and below. As such there are physics between these spaces that are undetectable by any physical test, tests being bound to lower dimensionality and the physics is higher dimensional through subjective spaces. There may be found ways to manipulate these connections between spaces. See Meditation. And Medication.

What is a thought? Is it a Form within the world? Yes. Which world, objective or subjective? Who observes thought? It what dimensionality is the Observer? Heh!

Without evidence the only choice is to unabashedly assert logical absolutism of one’s faith in God. Assert this as a Platonic Ideal without doubt and then you may gain your evidence, of a subjective sort. God answers prayers!

I prayed for an Angel and the next day met my Angel! God answers prayers.

My positivity-minded Angel, such a blessing to me! Praise Be To God in the Highest! The Most High!

The Most High!

The Art of War in the 21st Century

Hits: 72

[This turnaround happened mostly thanks to CHAOS—a strategy of intermittent, unannounced strikes; as Nelson explained in a Jacobin interview, the basic thinking behind CHAOS is that “the strike is going to take any form and we are not going to give you any warning.” CHAOS is terrifying to management, and brutally effective; Alaska Airlines was so shaken by the tactic and so intimidated by the AFA-CWA bargaining committee that bosses settled the contract via fax—and inadvertently gave flight attendants a massive raise in the process.] [1]

[1] Sara Nelson’s Art of War – https://newrepublic.com/article/153797/sara-nelsons-art-war

This idea of CHAOS is an idea that I had formed over a decade ago, not having heard of this strategy, by the ASFA-CWA. In my terms having researched network modals, network stability & network phase changes, through my research on Complex Adaptive Systems [2].. Any organization is a network of relationships, some of which are fiscal. Identify the primary nodes or sub-networks (micro-networks) that connect the network together and craft a strategy of disruption to influence those primary network nodes and cause failures.

The best way to ‘combat’ a network is through the overloading of its capabilities & capacities. I termed this a strategy of network overcapacitation. There are two approaches that should be addressed together, which could be termed 1) event spiking & 2) network reduction.

Event Spiking (1) – The first approach is to increase the number of events. An example regarding the struggle against cash bonds and pretrial incarceration, as the system of justice affects the poor grievously. The strategy of event spikes in this context means as the number of people who request a jury trial increases it over-capacitizes the scheduling system and increases the number of pre-trial inmates to overcapacitize the jails.

Network Reduction (2) – The second approach is to reduce the network density. This is the strategy chosen by the Flight Attendants. By having recurring bouts of sick-calls, the network gets limited in how much capacity they can handle. The random nature of when these events may occur, adds to the system failing in scheduling activities.

Non-Violent Social Warfare (NVSW) – Traffic jams are a way to overcapacitize the road network, for instance accidents at critical nodes for the logistics of an industry would increase Time To Deliver. This is the target of NVSW! How to generate macro scope challenges with synchronized micro actions. I view this all as non-violent social warfare.

The coming target of this approach & strategy is the healthcare industry. How can we generate a macro scoped event in the national healthcare network? How might we overcapacitize the health insurance industry? How about the medical billing network? And hospitals overcharging? And let us not forget about the pharmaceutical industry! CHAOS!

Another facet of network stability is that any flow network, such as electricity or petrochemical or trucking logistics or airports or healthcare, they all have two network layers, joined at the hips: the flow network layer & the control network layer. Every network has a control layer. There is the actual flow network layer itself, that materially moves work items through the network system and then there is always a control network layer that manages scheduling and routing decisions in the underlying flow network layer. Therefore, the subjects of interest in any network are the critical nodes in the control network layer. Overcapacitization of the flow network affects the control network. Overcapacitization of the control network layer generates those macro failure events we are looking for.

So what sort of macro events in the control layer are of interest & achievable? If you have a strategy that repeatably and randomly activates the Emergency Management network phase mode, the network will start to degrade. This is especially true if the consistent activation of Emergency Management starts to cause exhaustion of the critical nodes involved in Emergency Management, then Emergency Management itself will become overcapacitized. Acting repeatably to phase change a network into Emergency Management mode, will over time cause network exhaustion and that will be the macro failure we are looking to generate.

All of this network warfare fits modern military doctrine through Computer Network Operations and Network Warfare Operations [3], although the military has restricted those definitions to be computer-centric. What we are discussing here is logistical network warfare, targeting any flow network that moves work items through different states til completion. The concepts are the same. Below are some definitions (NetA, NetD & NS), just bear in mind that these can apply to more types of networks than just computer networks.

Network attack (NetA) is employment of network-based capabilities to destroy, disrupt, corrupt, or usurp information resident in or transiting through networks. Networks include telephony and data services networks.

Network defense (NetD) is employment of network-based capabilities to defend friendly information resident in or transiting through networks against adversary efforts to destroy, disrupt, corrupt, or usurp it.

Network warfare support (NS) is the collection and production of network related data for immediate decisions involving NW Ops. NS is critical to NetA and NetD actions to find, fix, track, and assess both adversaries and friendly sources of access and vulnerability for the purpose of immediate defense, threat prediction and recognition, targeting, access and technique development, planning, and execution in NW Ops.

[Nelson continues, getting into the meat of her explanation of why women have emerged as the most effective leaders of today’s labor movement—and why flight attendants now find themselves on the organizing vanguard. “It’s now finally the day when we get to not just say that we have each other’s back, but that we can call upon the broader social discussion to say, ‘We’re not going to accept that as a society. No, we’re going to say that every woman and man is a feminist.’ And if we can hear each other’s stories, then it’s more likely that we’re going to find our common ground, and if we find our common ground, that is where our power lies, and that is where the change is effected. And that’s why I believe that women are going to lead the revitalizing of the labor movement.”]

Yes, I have long thought that women will come to govern the power structures and institutions of our nation. They can out-organize the men and the male power structure. That is called the OODA loop [4]. Women have organizational leverage!
